cdurfee: Based on a remark by Master Kramer last week, converted Harrogate's curriculum flash cards from MS Word to PDF for accessibility and posted them online. Finished implementation of distributed /pics directories, offloading and deleting all but five pictures from root /pics. Pictures now live in subdirectories under their referents, so /pics only contains pictures needed by root-level pages.

kcrismon: Made a temporary change to the main page to detail the January Saturday classes.  Also made the first line a link to a book mark to get around the Saturday classes information.  We will after January want to remove this and the bookmark.

• Altered .htaccess to prevent directory browsing, set up redirector index.html for most directories in current use pointing to the directory's index page. This will prevent unscrupulous folks from stealing administrative content.
• In looking at Ms. Baldwin's profile, found some good nuggets of information, like MSY's founding date. Added this information to main page.
• Based on her profile page, added the Ms. Johnson's children to the list of black belts, in accordance with Mr. Crismon's remarks below about the intent to list all known MSY black belts. Added some additional junior instructors based on my subjective assessment of their involvement.
• Ran Xenu's Link Checker against the site, and found a couple of broken links, notably the new link for the CKA. Upgraded Links page to SHTML.
• Made references to partner consistent on the one-step sparring page, removing terms like "opponent" and "attacker". Also figured out how to do decent picture captions!
• Added a description of The Gauntlet to the sparring overview. Also enhanced the description of the Meat Grinder.

cdurfee: Converted /footer.txt to /footer.shtml, which allows nested SSI, so each page will have a dynamically-generated "date last modified" statement. Updated *.shtml pages to use footer.shtml. Also, added analogous header.shtml include. There's no harm in it now, and it'll make implementation of a banner so much easier later.
